Works With the System You Already Run

Smart Paws sits alongside your practice management system rather than on top of it. Your records stay where they are, your team keeps the software they know, and the front desk work stops depending on who happens to be at the desk.

How it fits

Four Things You Do Not Have to Rip Out

These are the reasons a practice can add Smart Paws without a migration, a data project or a month of retraining.

Your records stay where they are
The practice management system keeps owning the medical record, the invoice and the patient history. We do not import them, mirror them or ask your team to maintain two copies.
We read one thing, not everything
The question we need answered is whether a client who got in touch became a booked visit. That is a read, not a two way sync, which is why this does not turn into a migration project.
Booking happens on your calendar
Appointment types, durations and availability come from how your practice already books. Clients book into that, rather than into a parallel diary somebody has to reconcile later.
Nobody at the practice logs in
We operate the account. There is no second system for your team to learn, no seats to hand out and no admin screen a practice manager has to own on top of the job they already have.
Connected today

Digitail

A direct connection to Digitail is live in production, built with a practice running it day to day rather than against a sandbox. Appointment data flows back automatically, so the question of whether outreach produced a booked visit gets answered without anyone counting by hand.

If your system is not Digitail
The service runs the same way. None of it depends on a direct connection to your practice management system: not consent, not confirmations, not reminders, not recalls, not review requests, not the unified inbox, not the AI front desk.
What changes is one reporting line. Without a direct connection, the booked visit gets confirmed from your calendar and from the call recording rather than read out of the practice management system. It is a small difference in plumbing and no difference to the client experience.
Tell us on the call which system you run. If a direct connection is worth building for your practice, that is a conversation we would rather have honestly than promise on a web page.

Let's Make This Easy

Book a 20-minute call. Bring the part of the week your team dreads, whether that is chasing consent signatures, working the overdue list, or the phone at 4:40 on a Friday. We will show you what it looks like handled.
